How long can I store my belongings?

The unit is yours for as long as you need, we just require 14 days notice when you decide to move out.

Who can access my storage Unit?

Only you and whoever you grant permission to is able to access your unit.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your unit between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

Sorry, we don’t sell packing supplies.

Do you have any other charges?

No, we do not have administration or booking fees and all rates include GST. Unless stated otherwise, charges are per calendar month, not 4 weekly.

What can I store in my unit?

You can store almost anything in the storage unit, as long as it fits into the following guidelines:

• No hazardous items, including environmentally harmful, inflammable or explosive items.

• No perishable items or animals of any kind.

• No illegal or stolen items.

• No items that are at risk to the property of any other persons, or that may constitute an offensive odour, or a nuisance to any other person or property.

• Ensure all items are dry, clean, and free of vermin and food scraps.

• No storage of motor vehicles.

How secure are the storage units?

Our storage units have been fitted with CCTV for your peace of mind. The units have individual security alarms, which are monitored for alarm activations. The gates are locked over night. Tenants can provide their own padlock for securing their unit (padlocks are available for purchase on request).

Are all storage units the same size?

No, we have varying sizes to meet everyone's needs.

How often can I visit my storage unit?

You can visit your unit as often as you like, there is no limit.
